Gartner has positioned IBM Resiliency Services as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) for the second consecutive year. This year, IBM was positioned the highest in ability to execute and the furthest in completeness of vision.
According to this year's report, Leaders in this Magic Quadrant "have significant industry experience in supporting a broad range of data center and managed operations services, a very strong provider-managed (versus self-service) approach to DRaaS management, and professional services organizations that provide a complete solution to customers in relation to recovery planning, exercising and management."
