Speakers James Condron – VP Sales, Computer Network Limited (CNL) James joined CNL in August 2004 as VP Sales where he is responsible for the development, delivery and execution of CNL sales strategy. James has a successful track record in instigating significant growth strategies for a number of high technology organisations. Through his knowledge of both IT and security technologies he has recently been instrumental in the delivery of numerous high profile C3i & C4i projects in the public, private and national government sectors. Working with customers to manage technology convergence issues and ensuring compliance to security polices, these solutions have delivered real ROI while protecting some of the highest profile people and security assets within target countries. James is a sales and marketing professional with over 20 years experience in the software and hardware industry. Previously, James spent seven years in senior management roles driving global development and expansion within the FormScape Group. Thom Williamson – UK Security Operations Manager for IBM United Kingdom Ltd. Thom is an experienced corporate security manager with over 25 years service within IBM. Thom has considerable experience in a wide range of disciplines, including Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Security Operations, Risk Analysis, Emergency Planning and Executive Protection. Thom was instrumental in building IBM UK's consolidated control centre which monitors security devices at IBM's facilities around the UK, making maximum use of resources and enabling more effective management of incidents. Thom is on the Executive Committee of the UK Chapter of OSAC, he is a member of the Physical Security sub-committee and chair's a Focus Group on Convergence and Electronic Security. |
