Remote telephone assistance for basic, short duration installation or reinstallation of operating system software, usage and configuration questions for known defects
Prime shift coverage (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, except national holidays, in your time zone)

If you're an  eServer iSeries customer with Complex Instruction Set Computer (CICS) processors, you might need continued support with the operation of products and system environments previously offered through Operational Support Services - Support Line.
