  • OS/2 (does not include OS/2 operating system)

Pricing criteria includes:

  • Single or multiple machine coverage
  • Prime- or full-shift coverage

If you wish to buy support for the covered products within your entire enterprise or business unit, ask an IBM sales specialist about the Enterprise Support option. With this option, upgrades, changes and additions to your enterprise are covered automatically throughout the term of your Support Line agreement.
