• Taking immediate steps upon outage declaration to prepare client's configuration
• Setting up and testing equipment connectivity
• Offering a single point of contact to coordinate support activities during and following the client's outage declaration
• Providing personnel onsite and on call to assist with problem determination
• Tracking related issues and problems.
