These tools help enable us to serve you better by:

  • Setting thresholds for the entire IT stack (application, database, system, security or network performance) and monitoring against those thresholds using the latest technology
  • Identifying and resolving problems, frequently before you become aware of them
  • Performing root cause analysis to help eliminate repetitive problems and deliver permanent correction

We operate with full-time staff 24x7 manning the service centers, providing monitoring and support. IBM operates two geographically-dispersed centers to provide full redundancy and enhanced recovery in the event of a disaster.
