Before you call

Need help finding your machine type, model or serial number? Your machine identification and serial number label can usually be found on the rear or bottom of your machine. Additionally, you may try our warranty lookup. For software you will need your Software Support entitlement number or Passport entitlement number.

You will speak with your IBM Remote Technical Support Representative who will help diagnose your IBM hardware or software problem, and if not resolved, create a plan to remedy.
