Ginni Rometty is the senior vice president, Global Business Services, one of the two major divisions within IBM Global Services. Global Business Services encompasses consulting and systems integration as well as IBM's applications business, all of which is supported by an industry-leading global delivery network.
Ms. Rometty leads the industry's largest cadre of business consultants and services experts specializing in helping clients leverage world-class technology to improve business performance. Previously, she was general manager of IBM Global Business Services, Americas. Guiding a team of more than 75,000 professionals, Ms. Rometty was responsible for strategic leadership, operations and client relationships of the Global Services business in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Ms. Rometty has also served as the general manager of strategy, marketing and sales operations for IBM Global Business Services worldwide. There, she directed the strategic development of IBM e-business on demand services, an innovative portfolio of business process transformation, applications and infrastructure services.
Jim Bramante — Managing Partner, IBM Global Business Services, Americas
Jim Bramante is the managing partner of IBM Global Business Services, Americas. He is responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of approximately 30,000 GBS partners, consultants and staff members in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Before assuming his current role, Mr. Bramante led the Distribution Sector for Global Business Services as well as the GBS Financial Management practice.

Bridget van Kralingen is Managing Partner Global Business Services Northeast Europe region. Prior to this role, Bridget led the GBS Financial Services Sector. With her team she produced strong profitability, and grew revenue three times market growth rates in FSS Americas. Bridget and her team implemented some key strategies for growth: the applications space became a key growth driver within Financial Services. Her industry eminence program deepened and distinguished GBS thought leadership, and linked it to the solutions we take to clients. José Luiz Rossi — Managing Partner, IBM Global Business Services, Southwest Europe
José Luiz Rossi is responsible for IBM's consulting practice in Southwest Europe, including consulting services, application services and Business Transformation Outsourcing. José Luiz developed his entire career as a consultant in the field of technology applied to business processes. In 1983, he created Result Systems, a consulting company that pioneered the development of information systems based on microcomputer networks, and which was acquired by PriceWaterhouse in 1986. In 1995 José Luiz started the SAP Practice in PW in Brazil, which in 3 years became the largest SAP practice in the Latin American region. In 2001, he assumed leadership of the consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers for Central and South America, and in 2002 he became responsible for IBM Global Business Services for Latin America after the acquisition of PwC Consulting.
