Cloud Rapid Assessment (PDF, 515KB) - The Cloud Rapid Assessment is a short but comprehensive analysis of application workloads that are targeted for a Cloud deployment. With a minimum set of data from the source environment, as well as the chosen target cloud environment, the assessment will categorize the applications based on their characteristics. Each category of servers will have a migration roadmap that will describe the high level steps which will need to be addressed for cloud migration. If the appropriate internal cost or financial information is made available, a total cost of ownership (TCO) or return on investment (ROI) analysis report can also be generated and a cost effective plan can be put in place.
