- Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) will provide expert advice on remediation planning:*
- Review proposed architecture changes, possible remediation project plan, policies, processes and procedures.
- Advise if any of the proposed changes are compliant with PCI DSS.
- Offer advice on prioritization of proposed changes

* Due to stringent requirements regarding "separation of duties" imposed by the PCI Security Standard Council, a Qualified Security Assessor may not offer remediation services that would involve the configuration of actual systems, software, or other such "hands-on' activities. Remediation assistance of a more "hands-on" nature can be provided by IBM Security Services using non-QSA personnel.
