    As VP of Mobile Enterprise for IBM MobileFirst, Phil Buckellew is responsible for setting the strategy and coordinating requirements for the IBM MobileFirst portfolio. Prior to his role in mobile, Phil held various positions in the Collaboration Solutions division, most recently on the worldwide sales team leading the top evangelists and competitive specialists to establish IBM as the leader for Social Business. Before joining IBM, Phil spent five years in the consumer products industry in brand management roles. Phil has a Management Information Systems degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

    Jim is currently General Manager, Global Technology Services Cloud Services (GTS), with responsibility across offerings, sales enablement, architecture, development and global delivery of the IBM Smart Cloud Infrastructure and Application Services. The GTS Cloud Services division scope includes IBM's recent acquisition and integration of SoftLayer.

    Jim has held a number of executive positions within IBM Systems Group, spanning technology development, systems development and product line management, as well as roles in IBM Corporate Strategy. From 2008-10 he was part of the Enterprise Initiatives team in Corporate Strategy, defining IBM’s cloud computing strategy from technology, offerings and business model

    Lance Crosby is currently Chief Executive Officer of SoftLayer. Prior to SoftLayer, Mr. Crosby spent five years with The Planet as Chief Operations Officer where he managed all operations including sales, provisioning, product selection, managed services, application development, engineering, information security, business development, and legal departments. Serving in prior executive management roles at and Dallas Internet, he brings extensive experience in leadership and management skills coupled with extensive technical skills in software and hardware environments. Mr. Crosby is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas and an active member of the State Bar of Texas.

    Rich Lechner is vice president, IBM business and IT services sourcing. IBM delivers a broad spectrum of business and IT services in a model that is premised on business value and enabled by cloud. He is responsible for leveraging the breadth and depth of IBM’s unique combination of insight, innovation, and expertise to help clients achieve business transformation, improved economics and increased operational efficiencies.

    Mr. Lechner has broad experience across the software, systems and services business including key leadership roles in virtualization, Internet technology, Green innovation, smart buildings, enterprise systems, and storage. He spent ten years as a programmer for IBM, beginning as a micro-code programmer in the Financial Services Industry. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from University of California, Los Angeles.

    Steve Mills joined IBM in 1973 after graduating New York’s Union College. He has held various executive leadership positions in IBM since 1989. He has played a leading role in the growth of the IBM Software Group since its inception in 1995. In 2000, he assumed the role of Senior Vice President and Group Executive, Software Group.

    In 2010, he was named to his current position adding hardware and systems to his responsibilities. In this capacity, he is responsible for directing approximately 110,000 employees spanning development, manufacturing, sales, marketing and support professions.

    IBM's product business contributes more than $40B of IBM's revenue. IBM's industry-leading products provide critical business integration infrastructure that powers more than 100,000 enterprises around the world.

    Bob Picciano is General Manager of IBM’s Information Management Software Division which includes database, data warehouse, information integration, master data management, integrated data management and associated software. He is responsible for the revenue, development and strategy of the Information Management business, and has overall responsibility for the company’s Big Data initiatives.

    Mr. Picciano is a member of several global leadership teams that drive IBM's business: the Client Experience Team, charged with making distinctive client experience systemic across IBM; the Performance Team, responsible for managing the key operational elements of the corporation's performance; and the Integration and Values Team, providing guidance across IBM on strategic business issues.
