General Manager, IBM Global Business Services, UK and Ireland

Chris Wyatt leads IBM Global Business Services in the UK and Ireland. Chris has 21 years consulting experience, working across several industries, with particularly focus on Media and Telecommunications. Her previous role was Communications Sector Leader, where she led the drive to substantially re-position IBM within the Utilities market. Prior to that, Chris was the leader of IBM GBS's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) service line in the UK, Ireland and South Africa. In this role, she used her own experience of CRM transformation projects to lead and direct the work of over 200 consultants working across all industries.

Chris has travelled extensively, working with clients in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
