- Infrastructure strategy and planning workshop for SOA - a two- to three-week engagement, including a pre-workshop planning meeting, a one-day workshop and a report presentation meeting, that assesses your IT environment and helps define a desired future state. IBM consultants document the conclusions and present a roadmap with prioritized recommendations.
- Infrastructure readiness for SOA - a four- to eight-week engagement in which IBM consultants assess your IT environment, including organization (roles, teams, functions and more), architecture, information, governance and process. Your IT capabilities are judged for preparedness against your stated objectives and IBM best practices.
