IBM ServicePac is available for IBM System x, Power Systems, IBM System p, IBM System i, IBM BladeCenter, IBM System Storage, Retail Systems and other IBM products.
And now the IBM ServicePac range includes post warranty support for non-IBM servers including HP.

Upgrade Options
Warranty Service Upgrade (WSU) enhances the level of service on your IBM machines from the Base Warranty Service associated with an IBM machine type and model. Warranty Service Upgrades can include single elements or combinations of:
- Extended hours of coverage Example: from 9 hours x 5 days to 24 hours x 7 days
- Upgraded Service Delivery Method. Example: carry-in to on-site
- Higher level of response time objective. Example: upgrade from Next Business Day to Same Business Day
This service must end no later than the Base Warranty Service end date.
Maintenance Service Upgrade (MSU) enhances the level of service from the Base Maintenance Service associated with an IBM machine type and model. Maintenance Service Upgrades can include single elements or combinations of:
- Extended hours of coverage
- Upgraded Service Delivery Method. Example: carry-in to on-site
- Higher level of response time objective
This service must be of 12 months minimum duration and must end at the same time as the Base Maintenance Service.
Warranty and Maintenance Option (WAMO) integrates warranty service upgrades and maintenance service upgrades into one ServicePac. These ServicePac contracts are available at product announcement time for eligible IBM products.
ServicePac options are designed to be easy to use and order. ServicePac can be ordered together with an IBM hardware order or later, depending on the option selected. ServicePac options can be easily ordered through one of our many IBM Business Partners.
