ServicePac options can be easily ordered through one of our many Business Partners. Convenience is a key factor. Each ServicePac has a part number and can be easily purchased just like IBM hardware. Contracting has never been so simple. Each ServicePac is a self-contained contract and simply needs to be registered with IBM to activate service.
