The Recovery Express service component offers hot site data center recovery services in affordable, preconfigured packages for small and midsize businesses. Services include:
- Maintaining a backup configuration for a client's IBM System i, System p or System x server at an IBM recovery center
- Taking immediate steps upon outage declaration to prepare client's configuration
- Setting up and testing equipment connectivity
- Offering a single point of contact to coordinate support activities during and following the client's outage declaration
- Providing personnel onsite and on call to assist with problem determination
- Tracking related issues and problems.
