Rapid Recovery services enable you to reduce data loss to that of the last logged production transactions at the time of an outage emergency and make systems available again within hours or minutes or even seconds depending upon the techniques employed

Working with you, our technical specialists and consultants assess your existing IT environment or the particular system concerned. Where necessary, IBM specialists measure key parameters for the recovery solution, such as network bandwidth, amount of data, number of transactions and processing power. Using these metrics, IBM conducts a workshop with your technical experts to design your unique recovery solution and develop a project plan.
You might choose to stop here. Alternatively, with your acceptance of the solution, our specialists can also implement the project plan. IBM can potentially provide all the hardware, software and network components of the solution at its data centres, or you may wish to provide your own solution components and/or use your own data centres; either way IBM can implement the solution. Following implementation and synchronisation of production and recovery systems, a comprehensive resilience and disaster recovery test is performed.
