IBM CustomPac is a suite of services tailored to your installation, migration and maintenance needs for the IBM z/OS platform. Rather than attempting to perform these complex tasks internally, you can count on IBM's expertise for faster, more efficient solutions designed to mitigate risk. And you can support your z/OS platform needs without onsite assistance. CustomPac is the only family of services for the z/OS platform that can be customised and built remotely and sent to you for implementation. Choose from:
- IBM SystemPac® service for installation or system replacement
- IBM SubsystemPac for installation of individual subsystems
- IBM ProductPac® service to add or upgrade multiple selected products
- IBM RefreshPac for a preventive service upgrade
- Follow-on services for system enhancements and problem resolution, included with any of the above.
