Enterprise Process Innovation Continuum (EPIC) is our analytics-driven methodology for process innovation and continuous improvement. We put processes through a continuous cycle of measurement, analysis and improvement, constantly working toward best-practice process designs and IBM benchmarks derived from our broad client base. Paired with Lean and Six Sigma practices, EPIC helps us make a process more efficient.
