Resilience in action - sharing Business Continuity lessons learned
Resilience in action requires constant evolution; scanning the horizon for lessons learned to enhance your existing approach to business resilience. Join the presenter as she identifies some key areas for increased BC focus based on IBM's own experiences building and deploying their program worldwide. Like many companies today, we're answering timely questions like: What risk strategies do you we need to improve? Do you we have new types of risks resulting from strategic growth initiatives? Are you we moving into new markets? Globalising? Consolidating operations? Do you we have changing workforce demographics? How do you we drive C-suite engagement?
