Social innovation”—the creation of new or applied structures that alter the nature of roles, relationships and interactions—will become an essential aspect of business in the 21st century. In fact, most promising technology or business innovations will either flourish or fail based on whether concurrent social innovations emerge—or are designed—to support them.
