IBM New Zealand Delivery Centre. The latest in a global network of delivery centre capability.
Officially opened by the Prime Minister of New Zealand, Rt. Hon John Key on 14th February 2013 – the IBM New Zealand Delivery Centre is the latest addition to a global network of integrated delivery centre capability from IBM Global Process Services. This facility is now one of over 50 delivery centres that IBM operates across five continents – giving New Zealand organisations another strategic option for business process outsourcing solutions.

From the Launch Event
On February 14th 2013, IBM officially launched its first Delivery Centre in New Zealand at Unitec Institute of Technology, an Auckland based tertiary education provider.
During the launch, IBM also announced a partnership with Westpac to deliver application development and management services and business process modelling.
The Delivery Centre will employ up to 400 people within the next two years including full-time and part-time professionals, as well as Unitec graduates and current students.
It will form part of a global network of over 50 delivery centres providing high-quality business process services, and technical and ICT support.
