EOLUS – The path to sustainable real estate

EOLUS offers a new way of Facility Management Services by managing all needs of a property and coordinating all necessary services and companies. EOLUS optimizes the technical and structural performance of a property not only from an energy perspective (within the scope and concept of that property), but also from an overall Property Performance Management aspect.

It also provides a means of control based on the energy and carbon policies an organisation defines.
