The IBM services specialist will assist you with planning, configuration, automation code customisation, testing, onsite implementation assistance and training of IBM's GDPS solution. This service supports either the synchronous (Peer-to-Peer Remote Copy or PPRC) or the asynchronous (Extended Remote Copy or XRC) form of disk data mirroring. Either option supports Peer-to-Peer Virtual Tape Server (PtP VTS) form of tape data mirroring.
