The Company's stores are spread across all major cities in India. At the forefront in making the optimal use of IT for its day to day operations. To support its operations, customer has its data center located in its service office in Mumbai. Customer has its service office(SO) in Mumbai, hosting its critical servers that are accessed by all store locations across the country for the retailing operations. These locations connect to the SO via various connectivity media like IP VPN, Broadband, ISDN and Leased Lines. They were facing performance problem in the network and they were looking for external consultant to evaluate the setup at their facilities in Service Office and one store of each category on sampling basis to provide recommendations to optimize the existing setup.
