Delivery Manager – IT (PHIT1.1):
Responsibility:
- Overall responsibility for IT Operations that includes helpdesk services, system administration, technical support.
- Develop and manage a systematic process for logging all customer complaints / issues and providing feedback and updates to the customer on the status of the complaint until closure is achieved
- All issues raised / reported are logged and tracked to the satisfactory closure of the clients

Responsibility:
- Establish and implement all IT Security Controls as per the company's security policy (ISO 17799) and coordinate with the staff

Manager – Training (PHTRG6.1):
Responsibility:
- Manage the Process Training Team (which may include Change Management and Learning Lab team)
- Work with the Quality and Operations Team to formulate training and non training solutions
- Set measures of trainer effectiveness
- Support new programs and ramps by setting up a Process Training Team
- Ensure that there is collaboration between client Training Team and internal Training Team
