In my six years here, I have moved up the ladder from a CCS to a Lead CCS to a Team Leader, then to a Deputy Manager to a Manager in October 2004. I have transitioned three business processes for a leading US tax software organization. I was awarded " Torchbearer of IBM values " at the BTO day in 2006. It has been a very enriching experience for me and I have learned a lot. I feel strongly that IBM Daksh is an organization that truly cares about its employees and gives opportunities to those who deserve them. It also strikes a good balance between shareholders, customers and employees.

My career here so far has been wonderful and has provided me with some excellent learning opportunities. I've grown professionally as well as personally over the last five and a half years and I've worked with some world-class clients on successful major projects. Of course, there have been both ups and downs along the way but I have learned with every experience. There were moments of truth, many of delight and a few frustrations. But I truly treasure them all.
