Responsibilities:
Would be responsible for taking US calls in Spanish as well as English trouble-shooting customers issues
Competencies Required:
- Fluency in English & Spanish Language
- Team Worker;Analytical skill, willingnessv to learn, Customer service orientation, flexibility to work in shifts
- Good listening skills
- Familiar with computer Skills/hardware networking/automible parts
