Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, handle several programs, mentor various projects, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Six Sigma project completion and implementation
- Facilitation of GB and YB training classes
- Coaching and mentoring of project leaders/members
- Focus on Six Sigma programs and initiatives
- Interface with various departments at different levels of the management
Competencies Required:
- Extensive knowledge in statistics and highly analytical
- Consultative personality; strong and effective English communication skills; good presentation skills

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Experience:
2-4 years experience in Server Administration using Windows/Linux/UNIX platforms
Experience in working on a 24x7 support operations is an added advantage
Backgound in the following technical aspects is an advantage a)Windows/Linux/UNIX , b)Databases (SQL, Oracle), c)Applications (Exchange, SMS) and some idea of a)LAN, b)WAN, c)Voice, d)Telecom and an appreciation of the interplay between these.
Qualifications:
College Graduate preferrably from an IT-related course
MCP/MCSA/MCSE Certification is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Over-all check-up and continuous maintenance of the corporate and operations systems infrastructure.
- All issue are logged and tracked to the satisfactory closure of the stakeholders
- Responsible for promptly logging all platform issues in the Service Desk and drive for speedy closures
- Implement assigned changes - these will be assigned via the 'change management process'
- Follow appropriate Handover process for outstanding logged tickets
- To tap domain expertise in other areas like Voice and LAN/WAN to address complex technical issues
- Should ensure that vendors' technical support is effectively utilized
