Responsibilities:
- Set stretch goals and objectives for Quality in line with BU objectives.
- Align BU quality goals and objectives with corporate quality vision.
- Drive Quality initiatives that will positively impact C-Sat and Client satisfaction and business results
- Drive a quality culture resulting in a pervasive use of quality tools and methodologies
- Facilitate QMS/BPMS and audit for system/process compliance
- Review Process dashboards and highlight key areas of operational improvement leading to stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure implementation of Quality function related activities as per plan
- Initiate Quality foundation and six sigma training for Identified Audience
- Identify areas of improvement and facilitate improvement projects which can result in significant cost benefits/savings
- Engage actively in setting up Quality practices before and during Transitioning a Process
- Retain talent by proactively engaging with people and enriching their jobs and spotting early symptoms of simmering issues
- Create a motivated team that has clarity of goals and a development orientation
- Build team synergy and bonding

Sr Exec Training MIS

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates activities of the V&A, Process and Nesting staff engaged in implementation of various training programs;
- Interacting closely with respective functional SPOCs and trainers to project, prepare and implement training calendar;
- Plans and ensures logistics (Training Rooms; Training Material; Gift Vouchers; Equipment required etc.) for all training;
- Timely communication to trainers, training lead, Admin and Transport and other stake holders, ensuring smooth running of business;
- Managing trainee movement across phases of training or any of the separation processes;
- Manages data collection for measuring training effectiveness;
- Ensure all Training processes are well documented, maintained, reviewed and updated (as per business requirement);
- Ensures all ISO related documentation are in place;
- Ensure frequent Quality Audits on laid processes – 0% NC;
- Needs to understand the usage of technology and focus on automating processes;
- Relationship building with key stakeholders across BU;
- Liaison with other BU’s for best practices;
- Database management of vendors;
- Selects or Procure training aids, including training handbooks, multimedia visual aids, tutorials, reference works etc;
- Manages the Training Newsletter
Knowledge and Skills
- Analyze trainer performance (throughput; trainee feedback form; productivity etc.) and recommend improvements to program content and/or trainer presentation methods;
- Manages data from various trainers / trainees / stake holders to publish Weekly / Monthly and Quarterly training dash boards;
- Analyze business needs and proactively suggest process improvements;
- Monitors and champions other projects and initiatives (e.g. Communication Plan; Attrition analysis; JAF movement; No Shows; etc.) /project revenues and expenses for cost effectiveness of program;
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
