To automatically download and synchronise files to play on your computer or your portable audio player (e.g., your iPod), you'll need to use a podcast client, such as iTunes or any number of alternatives available on the Web.

After you download and install your podcasting software, just add our podcast feed. Instructions for adding feeds vary depending on the podcasting software you choose, but typically they go like this:

Identify the podcast to which you wish to subscribe.
In your web browser, right click on the URL hyperlink (referred to sometimes as the "RSS feed") or on the image and select "Copy shortcut" or "Copy link location."
In iTunes, click the Advanced menu at the top of the screen and then select "Subscribe to podcast."
