Ginni RomettyGinni Rometty
IBM Global Business Services, Managing Partner

As managing partner, Ms. Rometty leads the industry's largest cadre of business consultants and services experts specialising in helping clients leverage world-class technology to improve business performance. Previously, she was general manager of IBM Global Services, Americas. Guiding a team of more than 75,000 professionals, Ms. Rometty was responsible for strategic leadership, operations and client relationships of the Global Services business in the United States, Canada and Latin America.

Ms. Rometty has also served as the general manager of strategy, marketing and sales operations for IBM Global Services worldwide. There, she directed the strategic development of IBM e-business on demand services, an innovative portfolio of business process transformation, applications and infrastructure services.


Ric AndersenRic Andersen
Managing Partner, Asia Pacific

Ric Andersen, Managing Partner for IBM Global Business Services, Asia Pacific, since February 2004, manages the overall business strategy and operations in the Asia Pacific region for IBM Global Business Services, leading a team of business consulting and services professionals.

Ric formerly was the Global Business Services Americas Leader for the Distribution Sector, responsible for leading and managing all aspects of that business, including Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Travel/Transportation and Pharmaceutical industries.

Ric has over 21 years of consulting experience and was a senior partner at PwC Consulting (PwCC) prior to joining IBM via its acquisition of PwCC. During his career, he has helped many of the world's largest corporations solve complex process, systems, and organisational challenges, with emphasis on large-scale operational improvement, supply chain and financial systems design and implementation. Ric's primary clients over his career have been in the global pharmaceutical, consumer package goods and technology industries. While at PwCC, Ric also held the position of Global ERP leader where he led a global team of partners and practitioners serving multinational clientele in EMEA, Asia and the Americas.

Ric has written several articles and white papers in a variety of global publications in the areas of global business transformation, technology transformation and ERP implementation. He has contributed to several books in these same subject areas and is a frequent speaker at a variety of industry and technology forums.

Ric has a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University (1982) and a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (1991).


Rod BryanRod Bryan
Partner, Customer Relationship Management

Rod Bryan is the Asia Pacific leader of the IBM Global Business Services Customer Relationship Management practice.

With more than 20 years experience in the information technology industry and 14 years focusing on CRM technology and its implementation, Rod has consulted extensively to many international organisations on CRM, Information Management and Data Warehousing and has worked internally and in partnership with large corporations in Australia, Europe, Asia and the United States.

Rod was previously the partner responsible for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting CRM practice in Australia and New Zealand. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting he was managing director of DoubleClick Australia a leading web based advertising and marketing media company and the Vice President of Customer Management for NCR Corporation, a global role based in the United Kingdom.

He has spoken at international conferences in Europe, United States, Latin America and Asia.

Rod lives in Sydney.


Wayne PeatWayne Peat
Asia Pacific HCM Leader

Wayne Peat is IBM's Asia Pacific Human Capital Management Leader. Based in Singapore, he has worked in Asia since 2001, following four years successfully leading the HR practice for another global consultancy based in New Zealand. He has over 275 consultants in 11 countries across Asia and Oceana.

During a career that has taken him to New Zealand, Australia, Asia, the Pacific Islands and the United Kingdom, Wayne has built up more than 20 years of senior management and human resource consulting experience. He has worked on consulting assignments with many public and private sector organisations, specialising in:

Since moving to Singapore, Wayne has led, and worked on, several large scale HR transformation projects. His clients have included: National Environment Agency, Infocomm Development Authority, Commercial & Industrial Security Corporation and the Health Sciences Authority. He has also worked on job redesign, and organisational and leadership alignment with several private sector organisations including RGMi, Taj Hotels, Hewlett Packard, KAO Corporation, and East Asiatic Company. In New Zealand, he led or worked on organisational restructuring assignments with, among others, South Pacific Regional Environmental Programme (SPREP) & St John Ambulance. He is a skilled and accomplished facilitator and has chaired and spoken at numerous international conferences on strategic human resource related topics.

Wayne holds a Diploma in Marketing from Canterbury University in New Zealand.


Steven DavidsonSteven Davidson
Partner, Strategy and Change Services

Mr Steven Davidson is the Asia Pacific Leader and Partner for Strategy and Change Services, and Head of the Hong Kong practice for IBM Global Business Services, the management consulting business of IBM.

With over twenty years of management and consulting experience, Mr Davidson oversees a consulting practice that integrates a full range of strategy and change consulting services for the clients of Global Business Services from business strategy development and operations to resource productivity and cost reduction and organisational restructuring to technology design into comprehensive solutions to help organisations in both the private and public sectors to succeed in today's demanding environment.

Mr Davidson joined IBM through the acquisition of PwC Consulting. At PwC Consulting, Mr Davidson led the PwC Consulting East Asia public sector practice from 2000 to 2002. He has led the Global Business Services Hong Kong practice since the end of 2002 and led the Greater China Group Public Sector practice in 2004.

Mr Davidson's personal consulting experience is in strategy and policy development, and helping clients to design and implement successful change in complex environments, particularly technology enabled change and benefits realisation.

Mr Davidson has worked with many government agencies in Europe and Asia to design and implement significant transformations so as to ensure delivery of benefits. Mr Davidson's three years with the Hong Kong Government's Efficiency Unit was spent developing and implementing a programme of public sector reform to transform the management and delivery of public services. He also supported the development of Hong Kong Government's Digital 21 and eGovernment agenda, including a programme of private sector involvement in public services. He has worked extensively with government agencies in Hong Kong and Singapore supporting major initiatives on e Government strategies, technology enabled transformation, policy review and evaluation, organisation review and design, efficiency improvements, and performance management.

Prior to Asia, Mr Davidson had nine years policy and management experience with the UK civil service.


Morris R. TreadwayMorris R. Treadway
Partner, Financial Management Services

Morris Treadway leads the Asia Pacific Financial Management Consulting Practice for IBM Global Business Services. Mr Treadway has 17 years of experience in Financial Management and has worked in all areas of financial management consulting with clients representing various geographies and industries.

His areas of experience include: developing and defining the vision for finance and transforming a company's financial organisation and processes considering strategic, competitive, regulatory and compliance requirements, designing and implementing large financial systems comprised of ERP technology and data warehousing, designing cost and performance management solutions with an emphasis on Activity Based Management and Business Performance Management, and re-engineering financial processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Most recently Mr Treadway has led the design of Business Performance Management solutions that address executive and operational needs as well as recent Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Mr Treadway has a Bachelor of Science, Finance, University of Illinois, 1987. He lives in Shanghai, China.


Fred BalboniFred Balboni
Partner, Application Innovation

Fred Balboni is Lead Partner of IBM's Global Business Services Application Innovation practice, Asia Pacific.

Fred was previously the Asia Pacific leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting Emerging &Integrating Technology practice. He transferred from PwC Chicago to Sydney in 1992.

Fred studied at Georgia Tech and Oxford University. He lives in Sydney, Australia.
