With this IBM SmoothStart™ Service, we install your IBM AS/400® hardware. Using the AS/400 customer setup unit (CSU) hardware installation, we properly connect all system-end cables, configure your system (excluding communications), and verify that all system hardware is operational. We also instruct two of your staff in hardware care, ordering and using program temporary fixes (PTFs), and placing service requests.
