Union Nationale des Mutualités Socialistes engaged IBM Global Technology Services - maintenance and technical support to deliver hardware and software support services for its IBM-based IT infrastructure.
The company’s IT infrastructure consisted of IBM System p and IBM System i5 servers, as well as IBM System Storage technologies.
Specifically, the IBM contract contains Enhanced Technical Support (ETS) for the organization’s IBM System z platforms. The new IBM maintenance and technical support contract also includes maintenance services for the organization’s Cisco networking equipment.
