Peter Kokinakos is an Associate Partner and the Performance Management Lead in the Financial Management practice of IBM Global Business Services and is based in Sydney, Australia.

He specialises in consulting with major clients in the area of integrated performance management working with them to facilitate continual improvement across their organisation.

Peter recently joined IBM after 18 years at Cognos, where he was a key member of the executive team in the Asia Pacific region and the UK. In his time there, Peter played a pivotal role in establishing Cognos as the leading Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management company.

Helene Josipovic is an Associate Partner in the IBM Global Business Services’ Human Capital Management practice. Helene leads the Workforce Transformation practice within Australia / New Zealand. This practice includes Talent Management, Workforce Planning & Management, and Collaboration & Innovation. Helene has led this practice area since 2005.

Prior to joining IBM Helene worked in corporate roles within large Australian and multi-national-corporations for over 10 years. Helene has deep experience in the field of human capital management having worked primarily in the areas of Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Leadership Development and Talent Management. She has worked across industry with experience in Industrial, Information Technology, Professional Services, Public Sector and Financial Services. She has held senior Learning & Organisational Development roles within the Asia Pacific region – where she focused on the alignment of organizational development & learning strategy to business strategy.

Helene has graduated with a Masters of Education & Work from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Teaching from RMIT Australia.
