UCISA 2013: This event allows key members of the FE and HE sector to come together to explore the best practise of IT in the education sector. The key role of this conference is for HE and FE leaders to come together to share ideas, to promote and support collaboration between institutions, to promote the development of research and to inform policy makers of the best processes institutions should take. At this event the IBM team will share our ideas and solutions of what education will look like in the future, and how institutions can become Smarter.

BETT 2013: This event allows individuals to explore and discover what technology is available to help support the teaching and learning of students. Innovative and inspiring thoughts are shared at this event, and attendees minds are stretched. IBM is a sponsor of this event, and we will be sharing our thoughts upon our vision for education and how we are helping HE and FE become Smarter.

FOTE 2012: This sell-out event was an opportunity for numerous educational leaders to came together to explore the future of technology in the education sector. In 2012, Cailean Hargrave took to the stage to present IBM's vision of how institutions can deliver an exceptional student experience to FE and HE students. The solution which is described, is IBM's answer to a Smarter Campus. The portal allows and encourages institutions to be interconnected and intelligent when interacting and caring for its students, and provides a holistic view of every single student and contributes to a personalised learning experience, thus improving the student experience.
