Jon Iwata leads IBM’s marketing, communications and citizenship organization. His team is responsible for the marketing of IBM’s product and services and stewardship of the IBM brand, recognized as one of the most valuable in the world. He is the architect of IBM’s strategic brand platforms, including e-business, Smarter Planet, and Watson. In 2015, Jon was inducted into the CMO Club Hall of Fame and received the Distinguished Service Award from The Seminar, an organization of Chief Communications Officers. He is co-inventor of a U.S. patent for advanced semiconductor lithography technology.

Joanna heads creative and design for IBM Interactive Experience globally with multi-disciplinary experience in advertising, design, and technology. She is a combination of big Texas ambition and New York City sophistication. Her passion and award winning creativity has impacted some of the world’s most recognized brands. For two decades, Joanna has led creative, design, and technology teams to produce groundbreaking ideas for organizations including Wunderman, Digitas, and Organic. Her portfolio includes Super Bowl-sized campaigns and game-changing digital, mobile and wearable platforms for brands such as Facebook, Microsoft, Hershey’s, American Express, Chase, The Home Depot, Land Rover, Sephora, Warner Bros, MTV, Pepsi, JayZ and Bacardi. Joanna's outstanding creative vision and "push the envelope" style has garnered her both national and international accolades. Joanna was named a Power Woman of New York, by The Wrap, one of Silicon Alley’s “Top 100 Rising Stars”. Her activism and inspirational leadership has helped to progress Women in Tech and Creative leadership movements as well as increased funding and connection for public school music, arts and STEM programs. Like any great leader, if you asked Joanna what her crowning achievement is, she’d refer to her best art work — her four children, Rebecca, Rachel, Thomas and Leah.
